Do I need any podcasting or technical experience?
Not at all. Our studio is designed for beginners and professionals alike. Our engineer manages all technical aspects, making the process seamless and stress-free.
How many people can be recorded in the studio at one time?
We offer multiple podcast set options that accommodate solo hosts, two-person interviews, and group discussions of up to four participants.
Can I bring my own equipment or branding elements?
Yes. Clients are welcome to bring personal headphones, laptops, or branded items. We can also display your logo or visuals on screens or projection backdrops.
How quickly will I receive my podcast files?
An initial video with the live cuts is available immediately after the recording stops. We will deliver this file(s) to you via online link within 24 hours or less. Turn around for editing can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the project.
Do you offer podcast editing and post-production services?
Yes. While the ‘live’ cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional editing services so that your podcast can be as polished as possible. Rocking Horse Films offers full post-production services including editing, sound mixing, color correction, clips for social media, and episode formatting.
Can you help me launch or manage my podcast?
Absolutely. We provide podcast development services including show branding, intro/outro production, publishing support, and ongoing production partnerships. Contact us for further information.

How do I book a session with Rocking Horse Films?
Booking is simple. Visit our booking page, choose your session type, select a date and time, and our team will follow up to prepare for your recording.
How quickly can I receive my files?
An initial video with the live cuts is available immediately after the recording stops. We will deliver this file(s) to you via online link within 24 hours or less. Please download files in 36 hours link will be terminated. Turn around for editing can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the project.
Do we offer booking by the hour or less?
No. 90 minutes is our minimum. You can book longer as needed.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel/reschedule your pre-booked session Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate and are not eligible for credit.
How early can I arrive and when does the time start?
We welcome guests 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. The session clock starts at the booked reservation time and not at the start of the recording. Session end at the booked reservation time.
